• Coaching

    • Personal Training (In Person or Virtual) - After an initial consultation to discuss goals, vision, and schedule for the client sessions, the coach will create an individualized program and will coach the client through the program during each designated session. Session options are 30 or 60 minute sessions and can range anywhere from 2-6 sessions per week.

    • Health Coaching (In Person or Virtual) - Client and coach meet (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) to discuss current rhythms in life in hopes of growth for the future. The rhythms discussed could cover any topic the client wishes to focus on. Then client and coach set up recurring appointments to check-in, provide support and necessary resources, accountability, and encouragement.
